Paid plans are in preparation. Ruen is in a closed beta, so nothing is sold yet. Once sales start, you subscribe and pay inside the Ruen app.

When you reach the daily limit, Ruen shows "You have reached today's conversation limit. It resets at 9 AM." You can chat again from 9 AM.

You subscribe inside the Ruen app. There is no free or yearly plan. Voice chat is not sold.

Before you buy

What you buy	A monthly subscription to the paid features of a Windows desktop app (digital content). Nothing is shipped.
Ruen AI	Ruen AI generates replies with an external AI model, through the operator's server and OpenRouter.
Usage limit	Ruen Plus includes up to 250 chats a day through the Ruen server, resetting at 9 AM. There is no extra charge beyond the limit. In Ruen Basic, chats follow the limits of your own ChatGPT account.
Your own account	If you connect your own AI account, that provider's terms and separate charges may apply.
Delivery	As soon as payment is complete, the plan is applied to your Ruen account and you can use it in the Ruen app (Windows) right away. Nothing is shipped.
Term	1 month from the payment date. Until you cancel, you are charged on the same day each month and the term continues month by month.
Requirements	Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) · 19 or older (the beta is open in Korea only) · Internet connection

Cancellation	Cancel through customer support (email [email protected] · phone +82-10-9203-0278). Uninstalling the app or deleting data on your PC does not cancel a paid subscription. After you cancel, you are not charged from the next billing date and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Beta pass	Closed beta participants receive a 3-month pass. We notify you in the app starting 30 days before the pass ends, and automatic billing starts only if you agree in the app to switch to a paid plan. If you do not agree, only the free period ends. For users who already have a paid subscription, the deferred billing resumes under the existing contract.
Price changes	For consumers in Korea, a price increase on a subscription or a switch from free use to a paid subscription applies only with your prior consent, obtained within the legal period, to the date, the old and new price and the payment method. We also explain the cancellation terms, method and effect, and we never charge a changed amount to anyone who did not agree.
Withdrawal and refunds	You can withdraw within 7 days of payment. However, once you start using paid features in the app, the supply of digital content has begun and withdrawal is limited even within those 7 days. Cancelling stops the next payment only; we do not refund the period already paid (except a pro-rata refund for any period we could not provide the service through our fault). See the Refund Policy.
